I am an RGC Senior Research Fellow and the Head of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at The Education University of Hong Kong. I hold a PhD in educational measurement from James Cook University, Australia. My research primarily focuses on three interrelated areas: educational assessment, adaptive learning, and Rasch measurement.
